If you’re a resident of Albany chances are you’ve seen more than a few houses displaying the ‘Red X’, but do you know the story
behind these signs and what they actually mean? Join us at the APL branch of North Albany accompanied by Rick LaJoy
(Director of Buildings & Regulatory Compliance, City of Albany), Albany County Land Bank and other experts to discuss what the Red X’s are, why they’re there, and what the future holds for ‘Xed’ buildings. If you have questions about the Red X’s, join us to get the answers.
