Warehouse hours: Wednesday 12-6 pm, Friday 12-6 pm, Saturday 9-4 pm
We are 503 (c) non-profit organization. We survive on donations of old house parts. We do not purchase items.
Our Story:
In operation since 1978, we are the Capital District’s only not-for-profit Architectural Salvage Warehouse!
The Warehouse was originally opened as a repository for historic house parts that could not be saved, preventing them from ending up on the rubbish heap and lost. Since then it has become an invaluable resource for historic property owners & green-minded individuals to source hard-to-find, period-appropriate parts, & items to reuse, recycle, and re-purpose.
We sell to DIYers, architects, contractors, designers, businesses, and people who are passionate about preservation.
Come by and see it for yourself - with new items coming in weekly you never know what you might find! Follow our Facebook and Instagram for regular updates on all the latest donations and salvages!
You can find virtually anything you need for your historic house or your latest DIY project here, and we’re overjoyed to help you find it.
