Everything you need to know about buying and restoring a historic building in Albany 

Now in its second year, the Home Restoration Faire is essential for anyone who owns or is interested in buying a historic building in Albany. Attendees will first be welcome to tour several local Land Bank owned historic properties and vacant lots. From 12-4pm we have invited many expert speakers to present and table, answering your questions on everything from available grants to tax credits and permits. 

This program is being held in the recently renovated Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless - a stunning example of how a historic renovation can be done right.
