As a part of our mission to promote the appreciation of Albany's magnificent architecture, Historic Albany hosts its annual Holiday House tour on Sunday December 9th, from 12-4PM. The tour highlights some of the very best Albany residential architecture, seasonal decor, and ongoing preservation efforts.

This year’s tour will feature the homes of the Pine Hills and Manning Boulevard neighborhoods!

Pre-sale and walk up tickets/programs available starting at 11:00AM the day of the event.
Pick up location: College of Saint Rose's Events and Athletic Center Atrium, 420 Western Ave.
You may park in the LaSalle Parking lot. The entrance for the lot is on LaSalle Street, west of the Atrium.


HAF Members: click on the "Enter Promotional Code" link at the top right of the ticket selection popup window and enter the word MEMBERS to receive $5.00 off the regular ticket price of $30.00.
Students: enter STUDENT for the student rate of $15.00

The tour is self-guided, so you can visit all of the houses at your leisure.
There are "clusters" of houses so most people drive, park, and walk to a few houses at a time.

The tour is rain, snow, or shine! No refunds on ticket purchases.
