Festive at 48
Vendor Information
The event is Saturday, December 3th from 10am-2pm at 48 Hudson Avenue (downtown, NOT in Colonie should your GPS take you there).
Each vendor receives space for one 8’ table and two folding chairs. The vendor fee is $20 for one table.
You may share a table, however, all your collective wares must fit on the table.
You need to bring your own table, table clothes, extension cords, power strips, anything you need for your display. If you DO need power, please make sure you let Cara know asap so we can place you by an outlet, cmacri@historic-albany.org. HAF will provide two folding chairs for every table.
Set up will begin at 8:30am. You may park next to the building to unload and reload, but will need to pay to remain there as the surface lot around the building is a paid lot. You can park for free on the street or in the parking garage across Hudson Avenue.
You are responsible for setting up and taking down your displays/merchandise.
You are responsible for taking any payments for your merchandise with your own equipment. Please note there is no wifi at 48 Hudson. Please take this into consideration with your credit card transactions.
There is NO heat or restrooms at 48 Hudson, so please plan and dress accordingly. It will be very cold.
In 2021, we hosted approximately 130 patrons.
